Can I cancel my subscription anytime?+
Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your Parent Dashboard under the "Subscription" tab. Once cancelled, your child will retain full access to their active plan features until the end of the current billing cycle.
Will I be charged automatically after the free trial?+
No, we don't automatically bill you without warning. Towards the end of your 14-day free trial, you will receive a reminder email. If you choose to continue and unlock the full curriculum, you can select your plan and confirm your payment method.
How do I switch from monthly to annual billing?+
You can switch to annual billing at any time through your Parent Dashboard. When you switch, the annual rate (saving you ~16%) will be applied immediately, and your billing cycle will reset. Any remaining days on your current monthly plan will be prorated.
Is there a refund policy?+
We offer a 14-day free trial so you can experience SparkUp Academy risk-free. Because of this trial period, we generally do not offer refunds once a billing cycle has processed. If you have exceptional circumstances, please reach out to our support team.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan mid-cycle?+
Yes, you can upgrade from Core to Pro or downgrade from Pro to Core at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the remainder of the cycle. Downgrades will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Are there any hidden charges or taxes?+
None at all. The price you see is exactly what you pay. Standard local sales tax may be applied at checkout depending on your billing location, but there are no setup fees, hidden curriculum locks, or unexpected charges.
Do you support international payment methods?+
Yes, we accept all major global credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely via Stripe. We support international payments from most countries.
Can I add multiple children under one billing account?+
Yes! We offer a sibling/additional learner discount of +$19/month per extra child. You can add and configure profiles for additional learners in the Parent Dashboard, and they will share the same primary billing account.
